Everton boss David Moyes is the early front-runner in bwin’s next Tottenham manager market following the departure of Harry Redknapp.
The Scot is rumoured to be near the top of Spurs chairman Daniel Levy’s shortlist to replace Redknapp, whose sacking was officially confirmed by the club today.
Moyes is currently the 11/10 favourite to make the move to White Hart Lane after reportedly impressing Levy with his decade of solid work on a shoestring budget at Goodison Park.
The former Preston boss has just one year left on his contract and although talks with owner Bill Kenwright have been ongoing, he is yet to provisionally agree a new deal.
While Moyes is widely expected to be approached by Spurs, there are several other potential candidates who will be interesting punters.
Wigan manager Roberto Martinez, who held talks with Liverpool following the departure of Kenny Dalglish before they opted for Brendan Rodgers, is the 5/2 second favourite.
Ex-Chelsea boss Andre Villas-Boas comes next at 15/2, with Fabio Capello at 8/1, Rafa Benitez at 10/1 and Jurgen Klinsmann at 14/1.
There are a clutch of former Spurs players and managers on offer too, including Brighton boss Gus Poyet (22/1), Tim Sherwood (25/1), Glenn Hoddle (40/1), Terry Venables (100/1) and (literally) Jamie Redknapp (150/1).
More optimistic Spurs fans can also back their next manager to be Pep Guardiola at 25/1 or Jose Mourinho at 50/1 – or choose any other option here.
