Why the Toffees look sweet to beat the Toon

Everton’s fall at the Hawthorns last time out was surprising due to the nature of it rather than just the result, so David Moyes will be expecting much more vitality backed by a partisan Goodison crowd.

Similarly, Toon boss Alan Pardew can’t have been impressed with a 1-1 draw at home to Aston Villa a fortnight ago and prior to that his men were strangely timid in a defeat to pacesetters Chelsea.

Goals could be at a premium so if you’re going for the Everton win, do it with under 3.5 goals at 13/10 or the half-time draw followed by Everton at 7/2 is great value.
