Euan McTear runs through the 2011-12 SPL football betting options one last time ahead of the final round of matches.
It is the final week of the SPL season and everything is decided at both the top and bottom of the table. But with all 12 teams wanting to end on a high, there are still many bets to be made.
Saturday, May 12th
Dunfermline v Kilmarnock (3.00pm)
Home win: 17/10 Draw: 23/10 Away win: 13/10

Key stat: The last two meetings between these two at East End Park ended 1-1.
Betting tip: With Dunfermline winning just one home match in their year-long stint in the SPL, don’t expect them to finish the campaign with three points. A worthwhile bet could be on the Pars to earn a 1-1 draw, given that they’ve held Killie to that scoreline on their last two visits. The odds on that bet are 21/4.
Aberdeen v St Mirren (3.00pm)
Home win: 23/20 Draw: 21/10 Away win: 12/5
Key stat: St Mirren have scored in all the fixtures they have played against the Dons this season.
Betting tip: Only three SPL teams have failed to keep a clean sheet against the low-scoring Saints this season and Aberdeen are one of them. Expect Danny Lennon’s Saints to find another goal in their latest match-up with the Dons, at odds of 21/50.
Inverness v Hibernian (3.00pm)
Home win: 23/20 Draw: 23/10 Away win: 11/5
Key stat: Both encounters between these two in Inverness this season have seen no first half goals, yet six second-half goals.
Betting tip: With that stat in mind, a punt on there to be more goals after the break than before seems a wise one, priced at 23/20.
Sunday, May 13th
Celtic v Hearts (12.30pm)
Home win: 31/100 Draw: 15/4 Away win: 17/2
Key stat: Hearts have lost their last four matches at Celtic Park without scoring.
Betting tip: The odds are 11/10 for Celtic to win to nil against Hearts once again.
Motherwell v Dundee United (12.30pm)
Home win: 31/20 Draw: 11/5 Away win: 33/20
Key stat: United have scored just once in their past four visits to Fir Park.
Betting tip: A bet on Motherwell to send United packing without a goal once again is priced at 5/2. And it could be wise to bet on Motherwell’s defence given that they earned a goalless draw at Ibrox last week.
St Johnstone v Rangers (12.30pm)
Home win: 14/5 Draw: 12/5 Away win: 91/100
Key stat: St Johnstone have been losing at both half-time and full-time in their last four games.
Betting tip: A bet, at 19/10, on the away side to be winning both at the break and at the final whistle should be very appealing to punters.
